The Maple Climber
The Maple Climber and its unique labyrinth of logs, nets and platforms, provides layers of play and adventure at lots of different heights. It promotes play to be enjoyed at every level, whether this is through floor-based play in and around the hammock or at the dizzying heights of one of its tallest platforms. There is no start and no end to how this climber will be enjoyed. Its open-ended nature with how play can unfold allows the stories of adventure to be told, every child's thirst and ambition to explore will be unique and tell its own story.
Daredevils will relish swinging from the greatest heights on to the forest floor below whilst those who are more cautious can navigate the lower scramble nets using arms and legs to traverse from platform to platform. The enormous structure commands awe and adventure and truly has unlimited potential for the ways it can be explored and enjoyed. The design promotes social play alongside providing problem solving and 'risky' play opportunities as they navigate high and low from one side of the giant structure to another.
