Olivia Millward

As an In-House Play and Learning Advisor, I’m proud to be the first point of contact in our process of creating inspiring outdoor play areas for schools and nurseries. I’ve been with the company for over a year now, and I love getting the chance to speak with people about their ideas and visions for outdoor learning. There’s nothing better than seeing how a well-designed outdoor space can spark imagination, encourage exploration, and help children grow in confidence.

My role is all about understanding what each setting hopes to achieve — whether it’s encouraging imaginative play, supporting physical development, or creating a calm, nature-based space for reflection and discovery. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of shaping these early ideas into something that will support children’s learning and development through play.

Outside of work I love spending time with my friends and family, while exploring new places and trying different cuisines.
