Maisie Brown

I’ve been a part of Phoenix Play since 2023, bringing with me over nine years of experience in the childcare sector, holding both Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications. Before making the move, I worked in a nursery environment where I spent time in both the baby and toddler rooms, gaining invaluable insight into how young children grow, learn, and thrive during their formative years.

Working in early years is incredibly rewarding. There’s nothing quite like witnessing children develop their personalities, form relationships, and reach key developmental milestones through play and exploration.

I still remember my first day at Phoenix Play, flipping through the product brochure, I couldn’t stop smiling! It was clear that our equipment had the power to transform outdoor spaces into fun, educational, and stimulating environments. I’m genuinely proud to be part of a company that shares my passion for creating meaningful play experiences and promoting learning through play.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family. I enjoy exploring new places, going for walks, grabbing a drink at the pub, heading out for a good meal, or indulging in a bit of shopping. One of my absolute favourite things to do is watch live music. This year alone, I’ve been to four concerts and seen 22 different artists! The highlight so far has been seeing Robbie Williams his music was a massive part of my childhood, but nothing beats the experience of seeing Harry Styles live. That will always be my favourite concert!
