I love being part of the Inhouse Play and Learning team and have been here since 2021. It’s exciting to hear each school’s initial vision and to understand the specific needs for their outdoor space at the very start of the process. Whether that’s an active climber to promote physical development and imaginative play, a sensory garden for exploring nature, or a sheltered learning space for reading and performance, there’s so much to create. Seeing those ideas then brought to life throughout the project is so inspiring and fulfilling, knowing that we have worked together to create something really special for many children to enjoy during their fundamental years of learning through play.
I am proud to be part of such a passionate and caring company where we all have the same goal, to make a real difference to children’s lives.
Since having my own child, this matters to me even more and every day I have a new perspective seeing the world through my little boy’s eyes. When you see the excitement on their face and their big imaginations start to develop, there’s really nothing better!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and visiting new places. We love trying out different parks which makes for good research!
